Jesús Pérez went from being a tech King of the live streaming and media industry to becoming a wellness advocate coach & mentor. At the height of his career, November 10th, 2018 was a moment that changed his life forever. He experienced a concussion that gave him a second chance at life.

Now, his focus in life is on gratitude, breathing, and recognizing stressors. He's even picked up the art of Tai Chi as a way to recalibrate to his God-given purpose and vision. Jesús believes in the power of meditation to reconnect with the spirit, and he's dedicated his life to using every gift he's been given to coach and transform those around him.

As an advocate for other Post Concussion Syndrome thrivers, De Jesús is passionate about mentoring them to believe in their own self-healing. He's committed to using his experience to guide others and be a positive influence on those around him.

A Proactive Approach to
a Wellness Transformation.

When he had the opportunity to work with a few Occupational Therapists, he was able to learn many great strategies that helped him better understand how to cope with everything going around his recovery.

Too many to share with you here but the following three strategies helped him move forward DRASTICALLY!! It is believed that everyone should know this right from the start and not six months after like in his case 😉

Understanding and using the strategies below as part of his daily self-care practice became a game changer for his wellness journey. Hopefully, it will help you as much as it helped him.

  • Identify Stressors: He recommends paying attention to your surroundings and taking the time to understand what could be creating pain and/or discomfort. For example, is it too loud, too bright, too crowded, etc.?
  • Keep Track: Keeping a log or a journal of your symptoms, stressors and your overall recovery journey can help you to know what you are accomplishing and how you are moving forward.
  • Be Proactive: Learning how to proactively stay within the "safe zone" made a big difference for his recovery. It helped him make better decisions towards his health and self-care.

It is important to remember that commitment and consistency towards your own self-care is a personal choice. He made the personal choice to work towards a better today without feeling pain!

Being able to live Post Concussion Syndrome almost pain free for several years has changed everything for him. It has given him a way to live an Extraordinary Life once again!
